THIS STUFF:
2/3 cups of brown rice flour
2 tbs white rice flour
1/4 cup potato starch
2 tbs tapioca flour(starch)
1tsp sugar
1 1/4 xanthan gum
2tsp yeast
3/4 cup water
1 tbs melted butter
1 tsp cider vinegar
Something isn't quite right here...
First mix together all the dry ingredients. Next, in a separate bowl add the wet ones and mix with whisk or mixer. I used a stand mixer from the early 70's, lol. Once the wet mixture is mixed well add in the dry mix gradually.Don't forget to melt the butter!

Scrape the sides with a rubber spatula and mix for four minutes. Then put it on greased baking sheet and let rise for an hour. Use a MUCH smaller baking sheet than what I did. After it has risen bake in oven for 12 minutes at 400 degrees(F). Next, flip on to different baking sheet and cut up. Yes, mine are disfigured. :( after that just bake for 20 minutes then eat.
